“Dixie” Dave Collins is bringing his stoner doom metal band Weedeater to the Rock And Roll Hotel this Saturday, June 10th! We’re so psyched for this show here at DCHM that we’re going to give away a pair of tickets to one of you lucky readers. Weedeater was formed in North Carolina when bass player “Dixie” Dave Collins needed a new musical outlet following the break up of Buzzov•en in the late 90s. Also on the bill is Black Wizard, a stoner/doom band from the Vancouver, Canada area, and Serial Hawk, a Seattle based band who play, you guessed it, stoner/doom.
