The venue Songbyrd in Adams Morgan has recently started hosting a few metal shows and with the killer Denver based doom metal band Khemmis playing there on Thursday, July 18th we thought now would be a great time to give away some tickets to a metal show there! But that’s not all, along with the free pair of tickets we’re giving away a copy of their 2018 album Desolation signed by the entire band to the winner as well!

To enter: just leave a comment on this post telling me if you’d rather have a signed copy of Desolation on CD or vinyl. Then this Tuesday, July 16th at 12pm noon the contest will close and the winner will be selected from all valid entries using Random.org. The winner will receive a free pair of tickets to the show as well as a signed copy of Desolation in the format of their choice at the show! Be sure to use a valid email you check regularly so I can contact you if you win. Don’t worry, I won’t add you to any spam lists or sell your info or anything sleazy like that. If the selected winner hasn’t written me back within 24 hours another winner will be selected. Please don’t enter if you know you can’t make it to the show. Oh and I almost forgot to mention, be sure to get to the show early to catch Atlanta based Cloak open the show. They play an old school traditional style of metal blended with black metal and their songs a super fun.
