Baroness is one of those bands that has straddled the line between heavy metal and hard rock but one thing has always been obvious: John Baizley’s ability to bring his vision for the band to life through uncompromising songwriting. They’re sure to put on a killer performance at the Fillmore Silver Spring later this month however there’s two other bands on the bill as well! Direct support will be provided by Ruby The Hatchet, a psychedelic doom band with haunting vocals by frontwoman Jillian Taylor. The opening act is Filth Is Eternal, a pissed off Seattle rock band with lots of punk influences known for their high energy live shows.
